Plyo is coaching software for delivering programs, collecting athlete feedback, and supporting coach-athlete communication. Coaches remain responsible for programming, exercise selection, and athlete safety decisions.

Your account

You must be 13 or older to create an account. Athletes under 18 require a coach or parent/guardian to assign programs. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Coach responsibilities

Coaches using Plyo to deliver programs to athletes are solely responsible for exercise selection, load prescription, progression decisions, and athlete safety. Plyo provides software tooling; it does not prescribe training. The daily adaptive engine only adjusts within guardrails the coach explicitly sets.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not use Plyo to harass, exploit, or endanger any athlete or coach.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Do not impersonate another coach or athlete.

Content ownership

You own the content you create on Plyo — your programs, voice notes, form videos, progress photos, and messages. You grant Plyo a limited license to store, process, and deliver that content to the coaches and athletes you designate.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users.
